● Why I see incorrect translation results in the PC software / app after downloading the files from the pen scanner?

This happens when the source language you select on the PC/ app does not match the language of the file content.

Computer:

1. Extend the【Scan to Buffer】area.

2. Click【Insert from pen scanner】icon, and select the files you need on the pen scanner.

3. Selecting the correct source language from the list on the top to match the imported file, then you can start to translate.

App:

1. Tap【Files】.

2. Select the files you need and tap【Add to Input Area】.
