- Make sure that the WIFI function of the mobile phone and the scanner have been turned on.
- Please make sure that the mobile phone and the scanner are connected to the same local network/ WIFI network. The scanner and the computer/ mobile device must access the same local network at the same time to connect to each other.
- Click the【App Connect】icon on the main menu interface of Scanner.
- Open the WorldPenScan Go app, and click on the upper right corner【Connect \ WorldPenScan Go\ Connect】to connect.
- If the above steps are all confirmed to be correct, you can leave the【App Connect】mode and then return, and then try again.
- If you cannot connect both devices to the same local area network at the same time due to some reasons, you may consider turning on the mobile phone network hotspot to create a local area network environment to connect.
Note!
Public wireless networks provided in public places, based on information security reasons, are likely to prohibit local network access.
In this case, please use your mobile phone network hotspots as the first choice to create a local network environment for use.
