Please make sure that the computer and the pen scanner are connected to the same LAN/ WIFI network. The scanner and the computer/mobile device must exist on the same LAN at the same time to connect to each other.
If you cannot connect both devices to the same local area network at the same time due to some reasons, you can consider turning on the mobile phone network hotspot to create a local area network environment to use.

Note: If the above local network and anti-virus software issues have been confirmed to be correct, you can leave the【App Connect】mode on the pen scanner and then return, and then try again.
