Step 1: Go to "System Preferences"> "Security and Privacy".

Step 2: On the "Privacy"> "Accessibility" page, tick the [WorldPenScan Go] item to use it normally.

If you can’t check it, please click the lock in the lower left corner first, and then you can check it after unlocking it.
